General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between our company and the client in the context of purchasing a new or used vehicle imported from Germany to one of the serviced countries in Europe.

The reservation of a vehicle is made exclusively through our website or official channels (online form, phone, WhatsApp, etc.). During the request, the client provides their personal information and the desired vehicle model.

To confirm the reservation, a deposit of between 15% and 40% Of the total vehicle price is required. The exact amount depends on the nature of the vehicle, its price, and the selected financing method.
The deposit payment is made via secure bank transfer. A written confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of the funds.

Once the deposit is confirmed, we proceed with the logistical and administrative preparation of the vehicle. It is inspected, documented, and then shipped to the agreed address.
Delivery can be made directly to the client’s address or to a pre-defined pick-up point.

The remaining balance is due Upon delivery. No vehicle will be handed over without full payment. The final payment can be made via bank transfer or another method accepted by our service.

Delivery times vary depending on the vehicle model, the distance to be covered, and customs and administrative formalities. On average, a period of 3 - 8 Working days Is to be expected after the deposit is validated.
In case of exceptional delays, the client will be informed as soon as possible by our logistics service.

The client may cancel their reservation within 48 hours Following the deposit payment. Beyond this period, the deposit may be partially or fully retained, depending on the progress of the order (transport initiated, costs already incurred, etc.).
In the event of cancellation on our part due to force majeure or permanent unavailability of the vehicle, the deposit will be fully refunded to the client.

All our vehicles are inspected and sold with original documents, maintenance records, and a valid technical inspection. Warranties may be offered depending on the type of vehicle (new or used).
